Why is Oneday FREE?

Is Oneday going to start off free and than start charging users once they are hooked? No. Our business model for revenue generation is through advertising rather than property listings; we never intend to charge landlords or estate agents fees for listing their properties. So listing will be free forever.

What do you need to list your property?

You need an email address or a Facebook account to be able to register an account. Account registration is a simple process that takes less than 1 minute and is of course FREE. For Landlords the account registration address is https://www.oneday.com.hk/en_US/register/user/ and for estate agents the account registration is https://www.oneday.com.hk/en_US/register/agent/.

The other thing you need is a property that you own in Hong Kong if you are a landlord or properties whose landlords have entrusted you to let our or sell if you are an estate agent. You also need pictures of the property if you want to attract buyers or tenants faster because people are less likely to be interested if there are no pictures. Even carparks will sell faster or let out faster if there are pictures.
