Chai Wan district is both industrial and residential area at the East end of the Hong Kong Island. It includes Siu Sai Wan and Chai Wan. The population of the district is around 29,050 and the age median is diverse, which the peaks of age are 34.5 and 52. Both of the districts have stations in the MTR.
