80年代建造的寫字樓，就算是好像Exhange Square所屬於甲級寫字樓的傷殘人士配套都是非常差。

This is not a Grade A office building; last Sunday I tried to take my mum to lunch at the restaurant on the 4th floor, I reached the bottom of the escalator and there was no wheelchair access; the security guard told us to go outside; we went outside and to the other side of the building only to be greeted by more escalators. I had to leave my mum downstairs whilst I went up the escalator to get help. I asked the useless man at the counter how we can get to the restaurant and he told us that there was no easy way and when I asked him to show us the way he just said he couldn't leave the station. Finally we managed to get a more senior management office who took us all the way to the basement car park through a few trap doors and through Exchange Square 3 and then back up... The whole thing journey took about 10 minutes and there was no way for anyone who didn't work at Exchange Square to know how to work out this convoluted route.
