Sai Ying Pun
The MTR station (Hong Kong underground system) in Sai Ying Pun opened recently (ie.2016) and this has made the area much more accessible. Being only 2 stations away from Central the area is becoming increasingly more commercial. There is a beautiful park with swimming pool facilities at the seafront called "Sun Yat Sen Park" which is always a great spot for a relaxing Sunday afternoon stroll.
