Kwai Fong (葵芳) is a smaller, predominantly residential housing area of Kwai Chung with more industrial zoning in the Eastern part of Kwai Fong. Notable places of interest include the Kwai Tsing theatre, the Metroplaza and the Kwai Chung shopping plaza located near to the MTR station. The Kwai Fong Estate is a public housing estate that was built in 1987. Kwai Fong also features a large sports and recreation facility called Kwai Chung Sports Ground. Serviced by the Kwai Fong MTR station, it takes approximately 52 minutes to Central or 40 minutes to Tsim Sha Tsui Station.
