Building Info for Panorama Gardens
Panorama Gardens was built in 1989 and at the time virtually all units had a commanding panoramic sea view but as with most buildings in Hong Kong a number of different buildings started to appear in front blocking the sea view for a number of the units. However to this day most of the upper floor units still enjoy a command sea view. The building has a lovely swimming pool on the Podium floor (equivalent to 4th floor) very large for an individual building, that offers sunbathing opportunities from 9am to 2pm. On the other side of the podium is a small children's play area. The 1st three floors of the building are for car parking spaces and together there are ~22 parking spaces.

最近大概2014外牆完全翻新個，現在好精悍。泳池室外也算大，早晨還有太陽。唯一缺點就是管理費太高。

Nice Building! The design is a bit odd, you have to first take one lift to get to an area and then you need to take another lift before you could get to your apartment. The management staff are all very professional. The swimming pool is nice and big with sun from the morning to around 1pm and then it disappears. The carpark does not offer guest parking and I think only 22 spaces in total and is much-coveted; it's the nice end of Robinson Road and not too noisy except for recently (2016-??) because of the construction in front of the building and also the demolition of the school adjacent
