Kowloon Bay

Kowloon Bay (九龍灣) is located to the East of Kowloon Peninsula in the Kowloon District and has undergone significant reclamation in past years. The area surrounding the MTR station is predominantly residential, whereas the area closer to the harbour is mainly industrial and office buildings. Some of the public & private housing estates include Kai Yip Estate (public), and Telford Garden and Amoy Garden (private). Commercial buildings include Hong Kong Pacific Tower, the Skyline Tower 2 (office building), Enterprise Square Five (shopping mall and office buildings). Retail and dining outlets can be found in the Telford Plaza, Amoy Plaza.
