    Tradewinds Always on the Move

    I have been in Hong Kong almost 20 years now and I have had my fair share of moves. Not only do I have a home I also have an office so in the same space of time I probably moved twice as many times as anyone else. I arrived with a suitcase and now can probably fill a 20ft container with my personal effects. So the act of moving has become more and more cumbersome over the years. During the first few years in Hong Kong I tried a number of different Movers from your local outfit to your large International relocation service providers. The former were cheap but what you paid was what you got the latter were expensive and betterand did get the job done with less hassle. It was only about six years into my Hong Kong experience that I found Tradewinds who offered a better and more personalized service than the international relocation service providers but only a fraction more expensive than the local outfits. Tradewinds was more than just a mover they were a problem solver; sometimes if a wardrobe didn’t fit through a door they would take the door down move the Wardrobe in and then put the door back. Most movers would probably just tell you to get another wardrobe or a house; leave the wardrobe in the middle of the living room and let deal with it. They also carried my piano up many flights of stairs with good cheer. All in all I have been extremely satisfied with every move that Tradewinds has helped us with and they really made the rigmarole of moving a breeze.

    Over the years I got to know Steve the managing director of Tradewinds very well on a personal level. And often when we got together we would recount the many successful moves that they had done for both my home and for my office.

Quality, price, speed – i can rate 5 stars for everything, but most important to us was that feeling that we hired just the right people to move around all your personal stuff ( – when you might be a bit stressed by everything else surrounding the removal with family and lots of stuff) Steve has amazing experience, his colleagues are very kind, thoughtful and worked for him up to 18 years (!) We were provided boxes beforehand when requesting, they brought a perfectly matching team for the task, when reassembling some items differently in the new flat, they helped very clever.     Moves are never fun and especially not when they are foisted upon you at the eleventh hour. But thanks to Steve and his fantastic team, they turned a daunting experience into a delightful one — accommodating my last-minute request, packing everything very carefully, and managing to move my things into storage as well as to my new apartment over a single day. Easily the best movers I have ever used anywhere.

    Second time to call Trade Winds for help and this time was to move our office POD into a new office. Steve personally came to take on the challenge with his trusty, capable crew and knocked the ball out of the park. Fast, efficient, got the job done with no complaining! They came with the greatest optimism and that remained the whole entire time even though I know that it was ridiculously heavy.     2019越南房地產潛能好大

    越南現在就是好像中國20年前,整個經濟氣氛都非常有好。 還有由2015年越南政府又開放了房地產市場令到外國投資者可以更加容易購買越南房屋。 近幾年好多新樓盤推出到市場, 價錢相對來說比香港便宜多及環境又相對來說沒有香港那麼擠迫。 在今年2019年古志明市某些區在一季內已經升了20%有多, 有一點瘋狂但長遠來說還有好大空間再升。現在越南的法律就是這樣的, 每一個新樓盤有三成的單位可以賣給外籍人士,其餘七成就只可賣比本地人士。 還有如果是以外籍人士身份購買擁有限期最多是50年但是如果是本地越南人他們購買樓盤就是永久的。 越南一線城市, 河內及古志明市的發展已經到某一個階段現在第二線城市發展機會可能還要大。蜆港就是在河內及胡志明市兩大城市的中點是一個好有潛力的城市, 房地產、飲食業、科技、貿易、等等行業都正在起飛。 還有蜆港是一個非常漂亮的城市是有兩邊海及一個好漂亮的河分開這兩個海, 河邊有好多餐廳及酒吧,景觀一流及各國的美食都十全其美還有價錢都非常合理可以說是人間天堂一樣。 有些香港朋友在兩三年前在蜆港買了一個單位現在已經升咗個double, 以前一個兩房有無敵海景的單位70萬就搞掂但係現在就可能要140-150萬。 樓主一個月前去完蜆港直接考察環境發現蜆港新樓盤的供應不是好多, 建新酒店就比較多但是住宅樓盤就相對少好多。 可能是因為蜆港都算是一個遊客比較多的旅遊城市酒店的需求都相對會高。 樓主就比較喜歡交通方便及近機場及在城市內的樓盤所以參觀的都是在市中心, 大概在市中心現在有大約唔超過十個新樓盤全部都有河景或海景。 樓主最後參觀了四個新樓盤就是 Wyndham Soleil (温德姆海公寓) 這個價錢都算高但是看完這個無敵海景的單位都覺得好吸引。 這樓盤的特徵 就是使用Condotel模式。賣了給業主之後就頭兩年會包保有9%嘅回報,但業主需要簽十多年的合約叫他幫你管理。用Condotel模式業主可免費享用自己的單位每年有15天。 業主也可以選擇自用但價錢會高10%。唔想煩就叫他幫你管理想自己用也可以。有關更多信息 https://www.oneday.com.hk/zh_HK/Overseas/vietnam/da-nang/wyndham-soleil-danang/ Risemount 這個樓盤 地點非常好 走在海邊…
